- Officiant and recording of license (You will need to bring your marriage license with you. You must have it at least 72 hours before the ceremony but no more than 90 days from the state of Texas.) tip appreciated (bilingual officiants available)
- Bridal bouquet (You can send a picture of what you like)
- 3 bridesmaid’s bouquets (just a few stems) (it is no problem to add additional bridesmaids or subtract)
- Groom’s boutonniere
- 3 groomsmen’s boutonnieres
- Rose petals for the flower girl(s)
- Boutonniere for ring bearer
- Location and permit (TBD)
- Archway of your choice with colors of your choice (We have lots to choose from!)
- Tiki torches with coordinating flowers (other options available such as lanterns)
- Aisle of greenery or seashells
- Aisle runner
- 60 white wedding chairs with bows (White benches also available)
- Sand ceremony table with white or colored cloth and bow (This includes all needed sand ceremony supplies for the two of you. You may also include your children for no additional charge.)
- Sound on the beach (You will choose 8 to 10 songs to be played as the guests are arriving. You will choose a song for the wedding party to enter to. You will choose a song for the bride to enter. You will also choose a song for the bride and groom to walk back down the aisle as man and wife. Your officiant will have a microphone so that what is being said can be heard over the wind and waves. All I need is the list of songs and the rest will be done for you.)
- 3-hours of professional photography (additional hours may be purchased)
- 3 Tier wedding cake to serve 70 delivered to the place of your choice (fondant/cake flowers additional) (You can send a picture of what you like and choose a flavor)
- 1 tier groom's cake in your design and flavor (prices may vary depending on design)
- 12 gluten-free cupcakes
- Hair and make-up application or airbrush make-up (tip not included) in the salon (You can always add hair for others to your package)
- Photo booth at reception for 2 hours (unlimited photos, props....)
- Dj for the reception for 4 hours
- A free copy of my book 26 Days To A Better Relationship as my gift to you.
- A pair of barefoot sandals for the bride and 3 bridesmaids to wear
- Wedding planner fee (I or my associate will be your wedding to coordinate the entire ceremony making sure things run smoothly and on time. Your flowers and cake will be delivered. We will make sure your set-up is ready to go no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony and the music is playing. Your hair and make-up appointments will be made for you so you can sit back and enjoy. We will be there all along the way to answer any questions you may have. In addition, you will be emailed a detailed schedule six weeks before the ceremony, so you know exactly what you need to do and when. This also includes a rehearsal the night before.)
Additional flowers may be purchased. Customizing a package to fit your needs is my specialty. I can add hair and make-up appointments for bridesmaids and others, more photography, chairs, waters, larger wedding cake, palm trees, lanterns, colored flowers for the aisle, video, drone footage, etc...

In order to book I require a $275.00 non-refundable deposit that does go towards your total. The payments can be paid to my email address on Pay Pal or Zelle, or mailed to me. Six weeks before the ceremony 1/2 is due. This payment is non-refundable as well. The final payment is due the day before the ceremony. I do not take a personal check for the final payment. I will cover the Pay Pal fees on the initial $275.00 deposit. If you choose to make further payments through Pay Pal, you will be responsible for the fees.
